                      "Do the work " is a book by best selling writer Steven pressfield. The book focuses on telling us that  success is not always mostly about having better ideas but also about actually doing the work and get our idea out.
                  I picked up this book as I heardquite a lot about Steven Pressfield's book "The war of art" and the contents of the book were being quoted by many writers.I have heard a lot of people talk about resistance which is something we face that causes us to procrastinate on the various projects and plans which we undertake. So having come across all the talk about resistance I was really excited to read this book..

                     Blink is one of the best selling books of Malcolm Gladwell. The book is a national best seller and had been one of the best selling books in it's genre. Let's review this book by Gladwell

What this book is about?

                             "Blink"  is about making high speed decisions in situations that might require us to do so. Malcolm Gladwell gives various  exciting examples about how people have made high speed decisions which turned out to be very accurate. 
                    In this book Gladwell tells about how thin slicing to get the important from the unimportant can help us in making better decisions.He also talks about how biases can happen in our decision making and we end up making bad decisions , and then offers tips to overcome biases in decision making.
